Every cleaning service comes with our ironclad, risk-free guarantee. What does this mean? Simply this:
- We will clean and restore your carpets & furnishings to their nearest obtainable level of original color and condition. If we fail to reach your predetermined expectation upon completion of our services, we will not accept payment.
- If you spill or track anything on your freshly cleaned carpet within 7 days of your cleaning, just call us and we will return to get them out permanently; at no charge.
- Spots we remove will not return. If a spot does come back within 7 days of your cleaning, just call us and we will return to get them out permanently; at, once again, no charge.
- If you choose to have us protect your carpet with Sta-Clene™ Carpet Protector, we guarantee you will get no permanent stains for one year. If you get a stain you are unable to remove with a spot-cleaner, call us! We will remove it for you. If we simply can't get it out, you will get your money back for the Sta-Clene™ Carpet Protector application, and the spotting trip is complimentary.
